Pre-Qualification

Before you begin the search for your home, it is beneficial to have an idea of how much you can afford to spend for your home.
When you pre-qualify, your Mortgage Loan Officer will consider your credit history, debt-to-income ratio and the loan to value (LTV) ratio. When you are ready to pre-qualify, you will need to send your Mortgage Loan Officer the following information:
- Type of home and approximate price
- Type of mortgage you want (your Mortgage Loan Officer will help you with this)
- How much of a down payment you plan to make
- Personal information (name, phone number, address, date of birth)
- Social Security number
HomeBanc's experienced, professional Mortgage Loan Officers are ready to help you with this process and answer any questions you may have. Just click on "
