As Vice President, Mortgage Sales Manager for HomeBanc, Scott works with a variety of clients. He is a native of Tampa, residing in the Brandon area since 1971. Scott graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in finance and has been in the mortgage industry since 1992.
In addition to his years of residential lending experience, Scott worked as a finance officer for a custom home builder, giving him the knowledge of the home building process. He won numerous production awards with two national mortgage banking firms, including the Golden Hammer Award for most construction loans closed. He was also listed among the Top 50 Loan Producers at mortgage brokerage firms by a national broker magazine in 2006.
